ALCHEMY

Alchemy or neigong is the primary driving force of the essential and ongoing development of the Maoshan disciple.

Most people will see the more exotic ritual side of the Maoshan skill set and do not realise the hours of disciplined alchemical and inner work that is at the core of Maoshan.

Maoshan has a complete and at times complex system of alchemy that systematically trains the practitioner's body, spirit, qi, and so on.

Unlike many systems Maoshan neigong expects you to prove neigong development through lived experiences and even demonstration of certain phenomena.
